3. Confirmation
We will personally review your request and get back to you to confirm availability, rates, and next steps.

• Booking requests are subject to availability confirmation
• Rates do not include the local accommodation tax (€15 per night, payable during your stay)
• Check-in: after 2:00 PM | Check-out: by 10:00 AM
• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests
• A minimum stay may be required during certain months

• Dates may temporarily appear available during high-demand periods

• A 20% deposit is required to confirm the booking. Amount and payment details will be communicated during the booking process. The remaining balance must be paid 60 days before check-in.
• Cancellations made at least 60 days before arrival are eligible for a full refund of the deposit
• Cancellations made at least 30 days before arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival may result in partial or full loss of the deposit
• In case of no-show or early departure, no refund will be issued
